The flower field has now opened for several scheduled PYO sessions each week. These dates are updated up to a fortnight ahead.
Pick Your Own Flowers - a large bucketful of 35 Stems in our country gardens in Prebbleton, Selwyn Canterbury.
Join us for a relaxed session in the flower fields as you pick a large bucket of seasonal blooms — fill your bucket with favourites such as dahlias, zinnias, cosmos, snapdragons, gypsophila, scabiosa, amaranthus, and many more depending on what’s flowering and available on the day. The full field of dahlias is not in its full splendour until mid-January.
During your visit you’ll also have time to wander our 3-acre country garden, making your outing both abundant and inspiring.
Sessions run for the advertised time, generally 1–2 hours.
Bring your own bucket, or Buckets & vases are available to purchase on-site if you don’t bring your own. We will provide the floral scissors.
Children are welcome, but must be closely supervised.
Gates close at the advertised end time.
Sessions go ahead in all weather unless otherwise notified.
